Mysore Bonda/Punugulu:

Mysore Bonda is very traditional tasty snack /breakfast item in India.It is very easy to prepare at  home.


Step 1:Take a bowl and add maida (500gms),a pinch of salt,baking soda ,mix well properly using water.


Step 2: If  you want any extra flavour add onions,green chillies,jeera,coriander leaves. A Mixed powder  stored can be stored  in airtight container in 1 full night.



Step 3:Take a pan add oil, heat the oil .Shape the batter into  a round shape till golden colour.
